You did ok man if u just wanted to stay lean and stuff but dont u want a bit more muscle on yourself? ive been lifting seriously for about 2 months and ive gone up about 25 pounds, on and off before then for about 2-3 months and put about roughly the same, all up its 115-154 ive gained in body weight and only about 6 months spent training, i knoww noob gains etc, but i mean if i can gain that much in such a short time only going up 1% in bodyfat how come you didnt gain heaps for 3 years? just askin brah.... i mean 3 years of doing what i am id probs hit 240 lolz u know what im sayin brahh
