Hello, I'm not sure if I can really post here my log for weightlifting, but I'll delete it and put somewhere else if moderators tell me so.
My name is max, and currently i'm on starting strength! (i'm 16 years old, 192lbs and approximately 25% body fat).
I'm gonna be posting my workouts and progression, and problems and questions i need help with (i have a bunch already).
I'm on a keto diet right on you can go to the nutrition/keto logs/ and find my zulu muscle keto log on to see it! I'm trying to lose fat, and get strong! btw, please reccomend me a good ab workout, I really need some organization on that one!
So here it is! Everything is reps of 5, unless otherwise specefied (I have already completed a number of workouts, so that's why my first post is going to be so long) (your also note i have omitted doing Power cleans during my B workouts, I know, I know, i really need to do them, I just haven't learned how to, but don't worry, I'll start really soon!)
Note: i do deadlifts with trap bar, and squat with a cushion. I will soon buy a lifting belt and creatine

shoulder (started doing shoulder shrug at top like rippetoe maybe 5 workouts ago, so it explains my lack fo increase and stalling!)
