Is this possible? My upper body is dairly skinny, just have a little fat and I can really start to see progress. However my legs scare me. They're just tto damn big. And fat compared to my upper body. I take whey protein along with 6 meals a day totaling around max 1500 calories. Is it possible to lose weight and build muscle at the same time? Should I do some intense running after a workout?
