    Solid routine?

I've been doing a 5x5 for the past 3 months and Im pretty content with the progress I've made.

    Then - Now

    Body weight
    122lbs - 140lbs

    Bench press
    100lbs - 180lbs

    Squat
    150lbs - 240lbs

    Deadlift
    forgot - 260lbs

Now I plan to transition into a hypertrophy routine that focusses on 8-10 rep range.

My routine will look like this:
    Monday - Chest/Biceps
    Tuesday - Legs/Abs
    Wednesday - Shoulders/Abs
    Thursday or Friday - Back/Triceps

    Is this okay?
I've read a few threads in the Teen section claiming that they hit chest/back 2x a week with a 4 day split.
Should I do the same or see how this works out for me for the next 3 months?

    Thanks.

Solid progress but either your bench is very strong for your size or you squat and deadlift are weak in comparison to your other lifts.......

I'd do a push/pull or upper/lower routine or something along the lines of layne nortons phat but with less volume becuase you haven't been training for that long http://www.simplyshredded.com/mega-f...ated-2011.html

Well, I do these weights for reps, I'm not sure what my 1RM is because I don't care to do them at the moment.
But I'm sure they would have similar ratios.

Thanks for the advice and the website, extremely helpful! You've got my rep

No worries brah, Its just you should be able to deadlift the most weight out of the three big lifts by some way and then squat and then bench being the lowest but with a bench at 180lbs it seems you might be focusing more on upper than lower body but i may be wrong could be a form or genetic thing

ignore this moron telling you that you are benching too much for your bodyweight... I forgot that 180 pounds meant something nowadays...besides the fact you've worked out more than 4 months.

your routine is bad because you are hitting everything 1x a week.

hit every muscle 2x a week, some up to 3x if you can

Mind giving me a rough draft of what the split may look like, I'll take it from there. Thanks
