5'10"-5'11" is probably the perfect height IMO with 5'9" being "acceptable".

There's nothing better than seeing a great tall in condition body builder on stage, they dwarf the short guys and in most cases dominate the field. height is an advantage in almost all sports including body building. Seeing a guy 5ft 5 with decent arms is great but it will never compare to a 6ft tall guy with arms over 20inchs

He's 5' 7.5". He's a short guy who wears huge Nikes at guest posings. Most heights are inflated 1-2 inches. Dexter's is correct at 5' 6", Cutler is barely 1.5" taller than him. Side by side at the 2008 Mr O; not much height difference.
Coleman is 5' 9.5", he was listed at 5' 10" before he made it 'big' and that was a little rounded up. He has 2" on Cutler. My routine:
Mon - Biceps
Tues - Triceps
Wed - Biceps
Thurs - Triceps
Fri - Biceps
Sat - Triceps
Sun - Rest
You can't see back and legs, don't waste your time with that nonsense!
