    good job bro on getting lean.....u definitely have the motivation and dedication.
    one thing though, like previously posted, if you are as serious about this as ur pics have proven, TRAIN BACK. i dont understand how u hit everything else in ur training split yet neglect one of the biggest parts u have. deadlifts, pullups, barbell rows, 3 of the most basic and effective exercises u can incorparate into ur routine, plus since ur looking to get cut up, they burn a ****load of calories. just doing deads alone will dramatically increase ur strength for ALL ur lifts. start training ur back now bro. peace.

    I've lost about 20-22 pounds since I started at the end of January. Probably would have been losing more but I really slack hardcore on cardio...at least in the past few weeks.

    For now, my cutting journey is over. I kept looking in the mirror, deciding whether I should keep cutting to my goal or start bulking. Since I don't have much muscle, I decided to start the bulk.
