ok to those who has been working out for a year or more now, have you reached your goals?
like the first time you lade a foot in the gym, and you wanted goals like getting a 6 pack, massive arms, or dropping lots of weight, have you reached them so far? i mean of course there should be some improvement, but what im talking about is did you reach your actual expectations and goals? just curious.

I surpassed my expectations. But I have new goals now, it keeps changing. When I was in my teens I didnt even wanna be THIS big, let alone how big I aim to be in future.
edit: teen misc. wtf fuk this new forum layoutWe have enslaved the rest of the animal creation, and have treated our distant cousins in fur and feathers so badly that beyond doubt, if they were able to formulate a religion, they would depict the Devil in human form.

you should always achieve your goals and constantly make new goals.
six pack, 2 plate bench, 3 plate squat, 4 plate deadlift, 1,000lb club, 4 plate squat, 5 plate deadlift.
My current goals are to drop to <10% bf again, 3 plate bench, increase overall strength.Powerlifter at PTC Performance Training Centre
661 squat, 385 bench, 705 deadlift, 1752lb total.

well said brah..
especially trying to reach your goal physique damn i dont even think thats possible lol.
like you might look in the mirror and mire yourself ( i do... well most of the time) but you still always pick out something that you want to work on etc..
maybe jay cutler is looking in the mirror right now saying to himself that hes too small and needs to put on some serious mass before next mr O lmao imagine thatcutting for the first time in my life on dave palumbos keto.
started cut 11/6/11 stats: bf-22% weight: 215 pounds
16/7/11 measured bf stats: bf- 18.5% weight: 203 pounds
ramadan coming up soon ( 2/8/11) hoping to try and stay same size or hopefully gain some lean muscle to continue with my cut after ramadan is over.
aiming for 10% bf.
