Ok so I've been hearing some things about this guy named Ronnie magro. Hes on the TV show jersey shore, now ive never seen that show but the dude is huge! Whether or not he took steriods can be debated but I dont really care much to debate it. I was wondering if anyone could think of a workout to achieve the kind of body he has? I am currently not on any supplements except store brand whey protein, I'm willing to put in TONS of effort to get a body like his. If you need info about me like weight age etc look at my profile.

If you're not trollin' you're at least barking up the wrong tree.

His "program" is winstrol, dianabol, HGH, etc haha.
Seriously though, he probably just does what everyone else does: squats, deadlift, bench, rows, accessory work, etc. But his supplementation lets him work out at an intensity and frequency that a natural athlete can't match.
On another note I advise you to seek other, stronger sources of motivation for your lifting career.Misc MD Crew
