Hi all, I would like to share my 1 year lifting progress & bulk with you. Although it has only been a year, it already feels like such a long road, I hope you all take the time to view the pictures I have attached & formulate some sort of comment whether it be appraisal or constructive criticism. Hopefully i have provided inspiration for some of you that anyone can have phenomenal gains so long as they dedicate and commit themselves fully to what they are trying to achieve, if anyone has any questions I would be more than happy to answer them , thankyou =)

looking good but at this point please cut. You're at that point where the next few lbs you put on are going to take a long time, and result in some pretty heavy fat gains. Most people at this time period eat extra dirty/extra food to try to add those last ~5lbs, but its just not worth it. Cut soon, shred the excess fat, and bulk again.
