    Armstrong pull up program???

    Hey guys I'm planning to start doing this program currently i can do 4 pull ups
    My questions r
    I'm supposed to do push up everyday with no off days???

    Do I have to do pull ups even on my back day ( which is on Monday) ???

    In general, endurance routines with a goal of high reps can be done every day. Armstrong is designed around 5 days on, 2 days off. It's easy to assume the pushup portion would follow the same pattern.

    Just use pullups as your warm-up on back day, and both programs can fit together.

    I've also attached "Recon Ron", as an alterative program that may fit your schedule better...

    Thanks I also read the recon program but since I only can do 4 pull ups I chose the Armstrong program
