Your maintenance will rely heavily on your activity level given your age. Anywhere from 2500-3100 would be fair, IMO

to get rid of feeling hungry at night i leave bout 450 cals free to make a 1/2cup oats small amount of peanut butter scoop of whey and cup of milk and few table spoons of fibre blended, the amount of fibre and fats makes you feel full asOriginally Posted by LoganSnyder
