Hey thanks for the opportunity , so I've been lifting for 2 months and I kinda went overboard with eating and gained fat an a tiny bit of muscle , what doyou think I should do at this point? Cut or bulk? I'm 16 154 pounds used to be 143. What routine do you suggest? How do I ensure I maximize my gains? Wats ur take on macros?
