    MEAL 9 (optional optional meal)

    1 pound of sand

    2 ounces of Portland cement

    Lawry’s Cement Flavor-Adder

    TOTALS: 10000 calories, 400 g protein, 12 g carbohydrates, 514 g fat

    RAMBOD says

“If Phil Heath is having trouble falling asleep because his body is struggling to process the massive amount of food he has eaten throughout the day, we add in yet another meal. At this point of the day there is no food left in the house, hell probably none left in the entire town, so in order to keep Phil in an anabolic state we feed him pure construction materials.

    STOPPANI says

The Sand combined with the Portland cement proves to be an insane combination for muscle building along with displaying vascularity. We usually cycle in this meal more often as a contest approaches also to increase fat loss. In addition, new studies have come out to show eating sand improves creatine absorption, BCAA building, protein synthesis, Nano Vapor and gains from all other Muscletech products.

If he's still hungry lol... The guy's eaten 7,000 calories at this point already. Yeah he might need a midnight snack of a couple thousand more calories to help curb the munchies...
In my 20s I ate about 5,000 calories a day for a while -- mostly clean food and no shakes. I thought my gut was going to burst and I could hardly move. Now I learn that I should have eaten another steak in the middle of the night also just to ward off hunger... if only I had known...

all and all it seems about right. There is like 3,500 calories of OPTIONAL food on there. So if you put into play he isn't usually slamming like 3,500 calories and some of the other emails are probably a bit exaggerated you'd end up with a 5,000-6,000 calorie diet which doesn't sound too out of this world.

It's like last night I had a taco bell cheat meal including 6 soft taco supremes, nachos supreme, and apple empanada. This added the below which is NOT the norm...

    Calories: 2,130
    Carbs: 214
    Fat: 108ish
    Protein: 75

I usually eat like 4,000 calories a day but I certainly don't go around saying I eat 6,130 calories a day just because I have a cheat meal once a week or so.

So same thing here....even Phil on his ******** alluded to him not eating near this amount every day when this article came out.

At the end of the day the so called 'nutritional advice\coaching' revolves around providing and dishing out the cell tech bro.

it's not even about that as much as you think anymore. Trust me I dished out the 2.5K in my younger and dumber days to have a "famous guru" they payment was for me to finish in the top 2 at a show. Everyone knows everything about the drugs now. Most of what you are paying for is for politics.
