Well I often choose to drink juice with my meals to help add some calories and nutrients. However, because of this, I don't drink much water throughout the day, even though I know I should. So what should I do? If I start drinking water, I am missing out on some added calories and nutrients that I could be getting with juice. But if I drink juice, I'm consuming alot of unwanted sugars and missing out on vital water.
Thanks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1) Suck it up, drink juice with your meals and drink water throughout the day.
2) Drink water throughout the day and eat more caloric dense food and take a multi.
Juice is part H2O just so you know.

Juice is around 95% water
Milk is around 88% water
Vegetables are usually 95%+ water
Hell even meat is most water
