    Height: 6'0 (72 inches or 183 cm)

    This is the first time I will be purposely eating over maintenance, and I'm not going to lie I'm a little nervous. I'm at a point where I can get my BF % down pretty low and am not satisfied with my lean body mass. So I want to bulk up. I'm looking forward to growing and building a better foundation of lbm. I am going to weigh in every monday morning, day 1 (this past monday I was 185lbs)

    I will start off by eating only 10% above my maintenance to gain approximately 1/2 lbs a week. I might go a little higher to 15% above maintenance but I'll see how my body adds the weight.

    I workout consistently four times a week.

    Sunday - Rest day
    Monday - Shoulders/Biceps & Abs
    Tuesday - Legs & Abs
    Wednesday - Back/Triceps
    Thursday - Rest day
    Friday - Chest & Abs
    Saturday - Rest day

    Macros:
    Calories - 2800
    Protein - 195g
    Fat - 95g
    Carbs - 291g

    I made this thread 3 days into the start of my bulk so let me go ahead and post my first three days total of macros:

    Day 1: (8/15/11)
    Calories- 2980
    Protein- 177
    Fat-134
    Carbs- 263

    *First day and went high on my fat and a little low on my protein. I will get better at hitting these new macros within a few days. Worked out biceps and shoulders.

    Day 2: (8/16/11)
    Calories- 3100
    Protein- 202
    Fat- 97
    Carbs- 365

    *Hit my minimum's for protein and fat but went a little high on protein, and exceeded my total calories once again. I'm going to take in around 2500 calories tomorrow to bring my overall caloric intake for the week back on track. Worked out Legs.

    Day 3: (8/17/11)
    Calories- 2520
    Protein- 210
    Fat- 70
    Carbs- 249

    *Only took in 2500 calories today because the previous days I went over my scheduled bulking cals of 2800, so I should be back on track now. Had a good Back/Triceps workout.

    * damn, I'm still getting used to these new macros and I've been enjoying the increase in carbs too much and exceeding my caloric limit before I hit my protein and fats. Its only the first week so I'll get it down. Today was a rest day, will be working out chest tomorrow. First weigh in on Monday.
