Kris Gethin's 12 Week Massive Muscle Program. Not to be confused with his 12 week weight loss trainer thing. info:im an ectomorph,5'5,125 lbs. i really wanna gain muscle mass. im gonna be following the diet. also, with the reps, im going from 12 reps to 6 reps as the 12 weeks progresses. if youve tried this or looked at this program please let me know anything about anything. also, so before and after pics would be nice.
