    Talking Hip Belt Squat

Below is a picture of my hip belt squat apparatus mention in my mast leg workout. I use a cable attaché to a "Spud Inc" made specifically for it. A normal dip belt will leave bruises on your leg.

I sleep better and seem to recover much faster....do have some pretty crazy dreams though. Has anyone here tried GABA and had these same results? I read that it only works for some people....guess i'm one of the lucky ones
Just ordered Cyclo Rem GF by Infinite. John Butz claims it gives the best sleep ever and has GABA in it. You body will produce GABA with a supplement, but I forgot which one off the top of my head.

As far as Cyclo Bolan, I think it would be worth a shot. Keep in mind that there is nothing as effective as pro-hormones, which are now banned. I've never had the opportunity to try them, but from what I've heard they are VERY noticeable. Cyclo Bolan doesn't come on strong. As I mentioned, It took a week to notice much of a change, but a slight change is sometime all a guy my age needs.... I do feel a little younger - bounce in my step, so to speak with it. Since you are young, I wouldn't know or could propose how it works, plus since everyone's chemistry is different, your mileage may vary (YMMV).

I'm not too sure what the time was total, but the 2nd mile was a 12minute 30 second mile. Still slow, but it's still an improvement over my last mile by 1 lousy second..rofl. But hey...it's improvement!

Did 5 minutes of stretching and about 2 minutes of a warm-up walk. Plan was to just do a mile, and I looked at my wife, who's sick and she said she felt good, so did I....so I just kept runnnnnninnnnnnnggggg.

    Excellent JD!

Yeah, the Cyclo-REM GF is a great product. My schedule has gone from bad to worse, not a lot of opportunity to get a good nights sleep, but REM is saving me. I get about 5-6 hours and it is DEEP!

You guys are tearin' it up in here!! I'm liking this thread alot! Keith...your workouts are looking awesome. Your hip belt squat apparatus looks interesting also. I've never done them, but they look like they'd stimulate some muscles I didnt know I had. I've heard they're great for building the lower thigh

I'm trying to stay off ZMA as long as possible. Last night's sleep was horrible. The cyclo rem sounds great.

If this (insert whatever trivial thing that is upsetting me) is the worst thing to happen today, I'm going to have a great day.

Will, it is really helping me a lot. When I first tried it, I did the suggested 1 scoop and I didn't notice too much benefit. When I simply went with 1 heaping scoop, it was like magic and sleep has been awesome ever since---even when I get 5 hours, it is a nice deep sleep.
