    Wow has time flew by
    I'm now 34 yo 2 kids and no ms issues  knock on wood

    I've been working out pretty regularly again as I want to be a role model to my kids ( 6 and 3 yo)
    My boy eats cleaner then I do and makes me proud.

    Currently on a low carb as it's always worked.

    Sitting at 195 lbs ( down from 235 lbs my heaviest 10 or more years ago)
    I'm doing the riptoe (if it's still called that ) bigger faster stronger. Being a dad I need a quicker workout and this works.


    3x5 squat 240lbs
    5x5 bench 135 lbs
    Overhead press 80lbs
    1x5 deadlift 250lbs
    5x5 rows 100lbs

    3 months ago
    Squat 125
    Bench 110
    Overhead 60
    Deadlift 125
    Rows 80

    Feels good to be back at it. I'll try to update once a week

    Goals
    Weight 180lbs or 15% bf (at 21%)
    300lb squat
    300lbs deadlift
    200lb bench
    100lb overhead. I've had shoulder issues since 2003 so this would be awesome
