    1x Hanging Bent-Leg Leg Raises

    On to the Physical Therapist. I've been making more progress with range of motion. Still it is not enough side-to-side and the ankle is still swollen around the bony protrusions. Next Tuesday - X-Ray of the bone.

    Dinner was 2 100calorie packs of Tuna Salad. Some of it on a actual salad the other half I made in a sandwiche with 2 whole wheat slices of bread.
