I haven't checked on a pure all-out mile for a long time, but honestly my times have seemed to get slower this past year. I don't know if it is from cutting back a bit or age but hopefully when the nice weather hits I can give a true testament.

P90X Shoudlers/Arms - Takes about 30 minutes, I don't really take breaks, I just keep on going so I get done quicker. The P90X workouts I mainly use to help keep up the heart rate and my weekend workouts I use for more heavy weight since I have more time to focus on that. So these workouts are normally lighter but still decent in the weight I'm using.

1 Cup Almond Milk, 1 Scoop Infinite Whey
4 Egg Whites, 1 Whole Egg
    2 Tilapia
    1 1/2 Scoop Infinite Whey

Depending what happens after work today, I may do a little cardio!

    1 scoop Juggernaut

    1 scoop Carno-Cre
    1 scoop Infinite Force

I will do Intervals this morning, 30 minutes long. Then if I have time tonight do some light leg work. I normally don't work legs since I do a lot of plyo and jumping around in my cardio (jumping squats, ect) so I figure they get hit good enough. lol.

    Hanging Leg Raise

Saw the physical therapist yesterday. I came in hobbling in my boot (no crutches, no cane). She wasn't happy with me and since I walked a bit more than "normal" the day before, I could feel each step on the lateral ligaments. I did too much and she said I should still be on crutches. Then, she offered that I could just use one on the opposing side. I said, "Like a cane?" She agreed. So, now I'm on a cane (again). The doctor, who I see in less than 2 weeks, said I should be walking soon without the crutches. I think the therapist is who I should be listening to... She actually held my foot in a firm stretch this time... Made it sore. I'm on the second level of resistance sheets (take home and use daily) out of 3.

    Meals:
1 cup almond milk, 1 scoop Infinite Whey
3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 2 slices cheese
    1 scoop whey
Chef Salad (Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef on it) and a 5 oz Grilled Chicken Wrap on Wheat
1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2 table spoon peanut butter, 1/2 scoop infinite whey

Not sure on the overall calorie intake. But All my food without the Chef Salad and Chicken wrap is roughly 1100 calories. After adding the 5oz Chicken breast and Wheat Wrap it turns into about 1500 calories Plus whatever the Chef Salad was and the sauce they put on the wrap. So Im going to estimate 2000-2200 maybe? Im not sure but either way lol
