Great work bro, one suggestion stop with the full extension, 1 you'll save your elbow joints and to you'll get better strength development by using constant tension on your lifts. Pull-ups great job on 20 now add some weight and really kick in the Back and Trap development.

This morning was Shoulders & Arms. This workout is a set of shoulders, then biceps and finishing with triceps. Wash, rinse, repeat and move onto the next 3. Minimum rest between sets with about 30-45 seconds of rest between each "block" of different movements.

    ---Supplementation---
2 scoops of Crimson Punch Juggernaut
6 scoops of flavored BCAA mixed in 2.2 liters of water. Sipped pre, intra, post and throughout the day, mostly between meals and water at meals.
2 scoops of Lemonade flavored whey.
    Orange Triad 2x3
    OxiMega Fish oil 2x2

    ---The Workout---

    ---Shoulders---
    Alternating Shoulder Presses - 30lbsx12, 30lbsx10
    Deep Swimmer’s Presses - 20lbsx12x2
    Upright Rows - 30lbsx10x2
    Two-Angle Shoulder Flys - 20lbsx12, 20lbsx14
    In & Out Straight-Arm Shoulder Flys - 10lbsx16

    ---Biceps---
    In & Out Bicep Curls - 30lbsx10x2
Full Supination Concentration Curls - 30lbsx14x2
    Static Arm Curls - 30lbsx16x2
    Crouching Cohen Curls - 20lbsx10x2
    Congdon Curls - 20lbsx10x2

    ---Triceps---
    Two-Arm Tricep Kickbacks - 20lbsx12x2
Chair Dips - Ass to the floor 15x2
    Flip-Grip Twist Tricep Kickbacks - 20lbsx14, 20lbsx12
    Lying-Down Tricep Extensions - 20lbsx12x2
    Side Tri-Rises - Each side = 15x2

    ---Core---
Ab Ripper X. My core was still sore from the last time I did this! haha! I need to focus more on eating and supplementing to help recover!

I've discovered this morning that I will definitely be increasing my loads next week. I guess in the back of my head I'm a little scared to do so since I've had shoulder problems in the past, but I feel like they're a lot stronger and can handle the load! Reps and weight have increased in a lot of the movements since the last time I've done this workout.

    ---Juggernaut's Performance---
    Energy - 9/10
    Focus - 10/10
    Pump - 10/10
    Endurance - 9/10

Should be a run tonight also! Stay tuned! Also, thanks to everyone who stops by to read our log. You guys help keep me arse straight! And I have to work to keep up with KC and John! They're my favorite reps.

Nice work Justin! You have made some incredible strides the last few weeks!

Hi Team Infinite! The Juggernaut workouts are looking great and I can feel the team motivation at work in here.

John, excellent videos bro. And props for working out with your wife, best of luck in her show! You should be entering a contest as your bodyfat is near contest ready!

Keith, great vascularity pics. Nice workouts and progress notes!

Justin, I did the high stepping jogs and one legged curb jumping and my wife was more concerned what the neighbors might think...I told her I hope they think about getting up off the couch and doing something.

Credz, I hope to see you in here soon!

    Franklin's Virtues

I posted this in the bodygroup and I thought it would be good to put here as well. We work hard on our physical bodies and this is something that relates to improvement of in a "whole self" synergistic way.

    http://groups.bodybuilding.com/i_am_juggernaut

I have been fascinated by the life of Ben Franklin since I was very young. I came across this interesting "self improvement" program he had invented for himself. Check it out if you out a chance.

    http://artofmanliness.com/2008/02/24...virtuous-life/

He was trying to obtain "moral perfection" something that is probably unattainable even in his day, but you have to admire the attempt. I am giving this a shot too, but I will most certainly err a bunch!

    Especially on the refeeds!

Despite the fact I pulled a mid-back muscle during kegs yesterday, I have to admit it was quite effective. I am very sore in my hams, quads, but only marginally in my calves. Even with glutamine (but no Infinite Force thus time..... Hmmmm...) This after on my 3rd set of my first exercise that my left midback compensated for a twing of a pinched nerve.

Needless to say I took today off. Ice and massage has helped a lot.

Who is going to stream the Olympia?

    Thumbs up Infinite Cheescake

Got this from one of Chad's posts.

    1 small container Greek yogurt
    1 scoop Infinite Whey Vanilla
1/2 box jello white choc instant pudding

Mix and it tastes just like cheesecake!

I would imagine you could use Isolate or regular yogurt or any flavor protein.
