I think I could eat competitively!!
I have a cheat meal every 7-12 days usually. Check this one out:
7 of 8 slices of a plain 8-cut pizza.
3 donuts-- PB/J, chocolate w/cream filling and good old-fashioned glazed.
I better do the next one closer to the 12 day mark.Workout Log:

A little bit of tuneage. I lost this song in my growing playlist and it's the first time I've listened to it in a year or so. Reminds me a lot of Sabbath.
Following up with Juggernaut. It's going to be a much welcomed workout!Last edited by J_Dieter; 09-13-2011 at 05:13 AM.

Wide - 15x2
Dive Bombers - 15x2

Core Workout - Ab Ripper X which is 329 core movements...all I can say is ouch and this is the first time I've been able to finish!
I felt really strong. Last time I did this particular workout, I was doing a bunch of the push-ups on my knees at 15 reps and I couldn't even get 50% of the way through the abs workout. It also seems like it's time to increase the weight! I didn't want to hit 20 reps but I wanted to finish this workout to make sure I was ready to move up.

Energy - 10/10
Focus - 10/10
Pump - 9/10
Endurance - 11/10
Juggernaut's performance was amazing for me this morning at 5:30 A.M.-7:30 A.M.--- Blankety Blank Blank ---

Justin! I'm currently using the Crimson Punch flavor for Juggernaut right now as well. Not sure what I like more. The Orange or the Punch. But I think I like both better than the Raspberry Lemonade. I mean... I think... I'll have to cycle through the 3 flavors again this week. Which is your favorite thus far?
Also, every time I see the Ab Ripper I cringe a little. That thing sounds... painful.♦Controlled Labs Sponsored Log (White Blood 2)

Dang, John. Your intensity... it's glowing. You can see the work you do with every rep within your face. Good stuff. How do you like the trap bar for your deadz? My gym doesn't have one, so I always use the standard barbell.

I'm torn between those 2 just as much as you are! I need to get my grubby paws on another tub of Oh-range to compare it to the Punch. A side by side test must be done!
The Ab Ripper is an awesome core workout. I've been doing a lot of ab work, but Ab Ripper really hits your abs from all angles, legs and back. It's a great "core" workout for sure!
PS - You look like a super hero in your AVI
Nice run time John! You gym looks really nice too! How does it feel to be back in the commercial gym after a couple weeks?--- Blankety Blank Blank ---

Great job Justin... did your wife do this as well??? Props to both of you if she did. Sounds really similar to my sprint circuit where I sprint the 110's and walk around the curves - kicks the crap out of me. I'm telling you - you are ready to the Murph!! You need to give it a go before the end of the I AM JUGGERNAUT contest.

Totally stealing your "OH-RANGE" Haha. I love gym gangsta talk. It gets the blood boil'n. Truthfully, it's what happens when I hang out at the Asian thread for too long. I start talking like I'm some Crazy 88 yak member, but in Engrish. You be neggin' the cape, brah? It was for an Alice & Wonderland themed party, and my buddy needed a costume. So, I gave him my Mad hatter one, and I threw together an 'Ace of Hearts' in an afternoon's notice. Fiance and I went to one of those girly undie shops. Scored some heart undies to put over my Jaco Guard. Turned my pool stick into a heart spear. Had the Spartan cape on hand. And Liz drew on the heart. Done and done.
