    1 scoop Massport

    1 heaping scoop of Cyclo-REM
Cyclo-Bolan---I have about 1/2 of bottle left, so I might start and reorder.

Juggernaut too---I gave a 2 scoop sample to a dude that works at the gym to try---he just ordered Cyclo-Bolan and was curious about Jugger.

question, in general-- do you cycle off supps altogether, every so often? (i noticed you went off for a week, above)

Thanks JD. This is an outstanding article of accounts of 911. If you haven't checked it out, take 5 minutes and read it---really brings you back to a day that definitely changed my life.

Sharon! Great to see you in here! I do like to break from supps often--probably more than I need to, but I think it works out to be about every 4 weeks or so I take a break. I am looking forward to trying Cyclo-Clenz. It is supposed to be great for the off cycle. Thanks for stopping in here! I miss hitting up the O-35 journals, great group of dedicated individuals! Let me know when you want to check out some Juggernaut! Thanks again!

Hey TJ! Almost daily someone tells me of the horrors of combining running and bodybuilding, but I think the benefits far, far outweigh the negatives. If you are building real-world muscle, with strength-based work and really busting your ass in the gym, your muscles will not shrivel up because you do a few miles of road-work per week.
Sure, I could have a bit more mass, by doing the conventional cardio-work, or none at all, but I could care less and I am adding way more value to my fitness and health this way.
Can you tell this is a pet-peeve of mine? Thanks for stopping in man, and get out and run!

I think it is important to always test the status-quo and see what works for you.

    Catching up!!

    9/10 Run

3 mile run. I didn't save the time for this run. There was a point where my wife was cramping up really bad so she ended up walking and I kept running ahead, and going back to her. -Short 1/4 mile warm-up walk
-3 mile run and finished with a 100 yard sprint

    ---Supplementation---
    Orange Triad 2x3
    OxiMega Fish Oil 2x2
    Juggernaut - 1.25 scoops pre-run

    ---Juggernaut's Performance---

    Wide Front Pull-Ups - 25
    Closed Grip Overhead Pull-Up - 25

    25x2 Oblique Crunches per side.

    ---Supplementation---

2 scoops lemonade flavored whey post.

    Orange Triad - 2x3

Thanks John! I've been busting my butt even though I've been a little quiet here. I've started 2 new classes, a bunch of things here on the forums...and playing cheerleader for my wife. When we started this, we started with Weight Watchers and that was the time I really began to research Body Building. I dropped weight watchers after a week and started to track nutrients and calories. Recently, my wife stopped losing weight with Weight Watchers. They don't focus on calories at all...just nutrients. Well, she was discouraged and I talked with her and now she's ready to go to! I set her up with a tracking site and she's been excited. I also got her to spill her guts on her goals...she was embarrassed to share them and thought they were gross...rofl. She wants abs! I'm glad she's setting goals now and doing things the right way.

Nice Arm work KC! Great explanation of the bicep's function. I like the bench dips and forearm work, and I can imagine your arms were pumped beyond belief! Do you do any timed holds for grip-work?
Thanks. Very good pump. I don't do timed holds - You mean constant tension holds? Not really. This has been working, but I'd be curious about your routine. How about a photo of yours from the inside?

Yeah, chins/pull-ups seem to be a "grease the groove" type of movement. Hope it helps!
