    Been a little while..........

    I have been hitting it hard daily, but kind of lost touch with logging with time being an issue, but I would like to crank it up again here.

    My approach lately is progressively heavier weights to build strength and muscle density at this lower bodyweight. Reps are going to stay low as I try to lean out as much as possible.

    Didn't know how I would feel this morning after having such a big meal before bed yesterday felt really full but I must say felt pretty awesome this morning. Felt good hitting 225 on squats, Think I def could have gone a little heavier for a 1 rep max there today. Overall lots of increases

    Productive morning so far. Got my cooking done already and did up some Zucchini, Cucumbers and Yellow Squash that the one lady I work with gave me. Got them cut up and put in the freezer for later. So you will probably see me eating more of those in the next weeks. She said she has a lot more to give me yet to and other veggies from her garden so thats pretty sweet.

    Sipping on some Red Raspberry BCAA till I break my fast at lunch. And sipping on some more BCAA thru out the afternoon!

    Felt great this morning and really was pushing myself. Can't believe I got the 250lb squat! I'm pretty sure I broke parallel on it too. Pretty pumped!
