    Im a little disspointed that I failed on the 215lb bench, but on the plus side my working set did increase to 195lbs. Still, I think my form went bad and my arms started drifting towards my stomach and not my chest. Next week I will succeed! Overall a great workout, nice increase across the board. I'm happy with it!
