No Increase
I'm going to do no increases on Deadlift days to keep my legs fresher for the Deadlifts and just do increases on Workout A days for a little while to see how that goes I think.
Deadlift
Warm Up

Set 3: 255lbs - 2
Work Set:
1x5 - 290lbs
1x3 - 205lbs +1 rep over last time
Yep!
Going to stay at 290 for another session or two

Here's a little update...
Feb 2nd I weighed 149.8lbs
This morning was 162.5lbs
Quite the difference in weight.
Waist size on April 6th was 32.2"
Now it is 32 3/4"
L.Bicep 13 3/8"
R.Bicep 13 3/16"
I know last time I measured my biceps my right was only 12 7/8" so theres some decent improvements since I started my bulking.--------------------------------------------

Tuesday's workout.
I also played 3 hours of sand volleyball on Tuesday night - after played 2 hours of sand on Monday night. I've had to take a couple days off, which is not like me!
The 2.8 miles additional after my workout on Tuesday is what I think sent me over the edge... I've been walking around very sore.advertising not permitted

I actually was able to do more consistant reps without pausing after 2 reps! I got 4 in a row on 3 of sets before racking 10-15 seconds to pump out the final one! Felt great
