    Training for aesthetics.

    When training for aesthetics, is there any harm in doing bench press/ incline bench press/ decline bench press, where I have better form then doing DB bench, DB incline, DB Decline?*

    Harm? No. I would typically alternate a month of BB lifting then a month of DB lifting but since I built my home gym I've yet to get dumbbells so it's all barbells for now. I do however alternate between decline, flat, and incline every upper body day.

    Bro if you do bench for a month straight and dumbells for a month straight which will give your more shape ? bench is up n down movement, dbs you can go more further down and more range of movement at the top man.

    ya Im mainly talking about the influx of newb Zyzz (rip) fans asking/spewing broscience about training in their quest for aesthetics. Genetics generally determine your body shape and end look. Thats why, as Gzus said, they need to add lean mass by whatever means, etc. Forget the complications.*
