    Metabolism and recovery

I'm naturally skinny so it's harder for me to store energy as body fat (not that I want to).

Does this also mean I have to eat more carbs than the average person to restore my muscle glycogen stores after exhaustive exercise? or that it will inevitably take me longer to store energy as muscle glycogen (as is the case with body fat)?
