stretching won't do jack, however sprinting will boost your hormones , etc

I read somewhere that growing was 70% genetics and 30% other stuff including eating, not sure if broscience, but this will motivate you to eat.

Yea same here I am 5'5, havnt grown much, hit puberty 11-12, no facial hair, have massive armpthair/pubic hair

Lad i went to school with turned 20 earlier on in the summer, in July, he was about my height (5'10). Since then he's grown and he's now 6'2. Some people bloom late on, it depends on your genes i guess, I'm hoping this is the case with me, like other family members have been because I fel ilke a ****ing child around my friends who are all around 6'1+

You can try certain hormonal therapy. Any other advice, and you are just having your leg pulled.(no pun intended)
