My recommendation is to not "expect" anything and just go about your business just like you are still on the creatine. The more you dwell on what you think you might lose, the more you will. Just keep hammering away full force!

Dont be obsessed with the scale.
Creatine does take 4-6 weeks to fully washout of your body.
Dont concern about losing power when cycling off either, you may notice diminished performance and recovery, but just keep going if your diet and training is set right (assuming it was while you were using creatine) you can continue to make gains.Supreme Leader of Thermolife
