Am I the only one who prefers the look of natty lifters in clothes as to unnatty?
I mean can defo tell you lift, but you dont look like a meathead, then take off the shirt and phuckin BAM

Was unhealthy as ****. 1.5ltr coke a day. Fast food at least once a day.
Then randomly just stopped. Started learning about dieting, started playing around with weights.
Eventually it all started coming together. From there it was pretty much refining my diet and workouts until it I had what worked for me.Big natty nutsac

I wish I could force myself to eat that many eggs, it'd be so much easier to scramble eggs rather than cooking a variety of **** like chicken, beef, fish, rice, pasta etc...
Isn't it a little bit unhealthy though to get all your intake from just eggs and rice, surely you must miss out on a lot of vital minerals, vitamins, efas and other **** not found in eggs/rice?
