I assume this is some sort of a joke?

Why are they bad? Let me give you just a few reasons: 1- they don't at all resemble real food. I mean, they aren't dogs, they're not corn... 2-High Fat, Low protein, loaded with high GI carbs. 3-what kind of meat is a hot dog? What part of the animal did it used to be? Lips and *******s my friend.

Wait a minute there, the ******* is the healthist part of an animal. Lips, on the other hand, are pretty high in fat. There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge, and I knew we'd get into that rotten stuff pretty soon.

Bringing this thread back from the dead...
I can't find anything wrong with corn dogs. 9 grams of fat, 7 grams of protein, and 6 out of 19 grams of carbohydrates are sugar per dog. The sodium is a little high, but I don't see anything too bad about them.

Just make it easy on yourself and fill your fridge with whole, less processed foods. Go back to the basics and realize you can't go on eating whatever the f you want if you actually want to get somewhere. I'm not saying don't stop eating them once in a while, but to make them apart of the daily routine is just a bad idea.

Those corn dogs would be pretty darn rancid after 11 years.

Corn dogs are good for health. If corn dogs are still in OP's freezer they are just fine. Oh, also don't take the advice of sit around here for two weeks before you ask questions because it's just a bunch of loudmouth opinionated crap. Well, most of it. Important to keep this thread active. Corndogs are good for health.

14 years later and I hope you're a little more educated on optimum nutrition when trying to build a healthy physic. Corn dogs are probably one of the most highly processed foods that you could put in your body.. one of the most important things when trying to be fit and healthy is to avoid packaged foods, and pre-cooked foods.
