I started lifting about 2 months ago, I have been trying to bulk since then. Ive noticed that i have started to gain some stomach fat in addition to muscle mass. I have to take a break from lifting for about 3 weeks due to exams and i am wondering what should my diet be like during this period ? Should i do some cardio to ensure i dont gain even more fat ? Please advise.
