By my observation, you are still coming simply rising at the hips out of the hole. If it were me, I would make my cue/focus driving through the glutes/hips rather than not leaning. Perhaps some glute activation work prior to squatting would help. It just looks to me that the muscles are not firing properly to have the proper bar/body path.

I thought so. Working on being more upright and stabilizing your core whilst keeping your chest up will help. Otherwise basic physics comes into play and you will lean forward
