    5000 calories meal plan ?

    does anybody have a 5000 calories meal plan please ?

    i wouldnt suggest that kinda plan unless ur not natural ....
    but 4 fun

    1: 10 eggs, 2 cups oatmeal about 900 cals
    2: some kinda big mrp about 800 cals
    3: 16 oz round steak, 3 cups white rice
    4: same as meal 3
    5: 4 scoops protein blend 10 rice cakes
    6 big mrp

    actually i screwed up

    with the mrps thow in some natty pb and flax....or get an mrp that has a substantial amount of fat...with 5000 cals at least 100 gs of fat should be in there

    use wardogs recipe for protein bars it helps me pack in 5,000+ calories a day, but i am a teenager who has a super fast matabolism so i eat around that much just to maintain my weight (i couldnt even imagine bulking)
    U might be able to lift more than me, but ill break ur ankles on the court
