Pffft! yea right, that sounds too good to be true. I meant if the calories fit into your daily needs though? lets say you need 1,500 cals, your breakfast has 500, lunch 500 and dinner 500, can you for example just have 250 for breakfast so you can eat whatever you want to get the other 250?
There's these cookies just sitting there and Im having dreams of eating them but each cookie has 110 calories, 3.5G of sat fat, 7G of sugar, and 16G of carbs and the f'krs are the size of an oreo. And no, I don't want to eat fruits or other stuff, I just want those sugary chocolate cookies since last time I ate something I actually wanted to eat was like 6 months ago. If I had to grade them in nutrition I'd give them a downright "F-"
