How do you determine macros for cutting and bulking? *I was reading the stickies but I was little confused. Can anyone shed some light?*

You need to find your maintanance level calories, meaning the calories you are currently eating to be at your current bodyweight. Then either increase or decrease slightly, depending on your goal.

The stickies give you a good starting point, then you need to adjust based on trial and error
