I just tried my refeed on my off day(every sunday): muffin, cereal, pasta, popcorn, bagel, frozen yogurt, waffle, chips, sushi
Weight: 155lbs
Height: 5'9
BF%: 11-15%
2924 cals
181g protein
479g carbs
29g fat
117 sugar
So i tried my first refeed. I went a little overboard with the sugar. But overall, how did I do? And does clean vs dirty refeed matter/give better results over the other?
Is it better to refeed on offday(which is the day before i work on my weakest muscle) or on the training day i work on my weakest muscle? Are there problems with refeed on off days?

You got your protein intake in-check, but not your fat's though. IIFYM concept OP (find the thread), where it doesn't matter if it's ''dirty'' or ''healthy'' as long as you have your macros in-check. But on the other line, it's about general health, but one day wouldn't do anything.
Experiment with it. For me, it's better to refeed before working on my hardest muscle to work.[Watdo?] - Want (''should'' for you naggers) bulk.

On my refeed days I just throw in a box of Oats and Honey cereal. Tons of carbs but very low fat.
