Just a warning to you guys, when I first bought Niacin (500mg per pill) I took 4 of them on an empty stomach, the itchiness was mind boggling, like mind blowingly bad, can't really put into words how bad it was but I reckon if 10 people went through what I went through at least 4 of those people would have called an ambulance (100% srs). Was in bed for like 8 hours being tortured by how itchy my legs were


I also took a shower thinking it might help but I'm pretty sure it made things worse.


Oh and the reason I took so much was because I read that people take 6,000mg per day of Niacin to help with depression.*

LOL that's because you took 2000mg, that is an insane dose. I take 250-500mg, flush only lasts 5 minutes.

How much would this regimen cost? I know melatonin is pretty cheap.

Niacin and Melatonin combined should only cost around $10. You can get Melatonin anywhere, but niacin at GNC and online. Target and walmart sell niacin but its the slow release non flushing version which is useless and bad for you.

it might still work for you, you still may have plates open in your spine, the plates in the spine are the last to close.
niacin also helps detox your body.

Here is what I sent to a user that PM'd me yesterday.

It should, even if you had the smallest growth it means your plates are still open.*
Take niacin in the morning 250-500mg on a empty stomach, do not eat breakfast until 3 hours later, this is crucial, fats in food hinders GH production from niacin
Niacin every other day 4week on 2 week off cycle ( Niacin is very beneficial for you, it is vitamin b-3, helps raise good*cholesterol*while lower bad*cholesterol, also detoxes your system)
Sprint no more than 5 minutes on the days you take niacin, 8 10 second sprints is good, sprinting helps increase GH as well, go take a look at sprinter (srs) have you ever noticed that they are super ripped, its because sprinting increase GH.


Melatonin on the days you take niacin, 3mg, take right before bed.

Try to get good sleep.

This can also help your muscle gains since your naturally raising GH levels.

Yeah, it most certainly does if you want consistent sustainable levels of gh in your body...and that's critical to have any benefit AT ALL from gh
