Yes unless you start with a lower dose, 100 mg or less, don't do 500mg right away you'll have bad side effects
Also people with liver problems and diabetics should be careful
also before sleep and with breakfast you can take arginine

In the niacin that you linked, each capsule contains 500mg of niacin, how are you supposed to split that up?

The study quoted by OP notes it was intravaneously administered...huge difference there guys from taking it orally. That's how the broscience behind arginine as a gh releaser was created.
