Are you supposed to wait 3 hours after taking the niacin or 3 hours after having the flush to eat? I had the flush about 2-3 hours after taking the pill (while I was eating lol)

Did you get regular niacin/vitamin b3? Make sure its not the no flush, timed release, sustained release stuff.

so if you take the half in morning and half at night, does the morning does have to be 3hours before breakfast aswell? or you can eat breakfast with 250mg of niacin and then have the other 250 niacin before sleep on 3hour fast

yes you can eat, but give it 10 minutes after the flush and then eat.

I don't think the supplements will affect it. I take a multi, whey, andcasein. Alcohol might just addunneededstress to the liver, I wouldn't drink it if I was you.

Hey mate , i was also thinking about that too . Don't worry you are not alone . Just ordered some Twinlab, Niacin (B-3) Caps, 500 mg, 100 Capsules and Now Foods, Melatonin, 3 mg, 180 Capsules . I would also rather take it at night if possible , along with the melatonin.

In other words, people who are still growing would probably grow 3 inches while not on Niacin supplementation.
