Looking for a good pre-workout that is legal for D1 football

So yeah, I am currently taking c4 which has 1,3-d which is banned by the NCAA, so I am going to go buy a new one today. Which is the best that is still legal?

Check out Muscle Prime. No 1,3D or other banned ingredients, and exact dosages of everything are on the label. Plenty of ingredients for endurance and energy, as well as DMAE, Huperzine A and tyrosine for focus. The Blue Razz is delicious.

Scivation Novem, White Flood, Hemavol Powder (non-stim can easily be stacked with anything), Fierce looks good have yet to try it, i have read nothing but good things about vengeance, and another good stacking supp would be SNS agmatine

Try making your own like I do. Its so much better then a premade preWO IMO.

Get some Beta Alanine, Citrulline Mallate, ALCAR, caffeine, and even some tyrosine if youd like.

Also look into Agmatine

white flood is pretty good stuff, im pretty sensitive to most preworkouts and for some reason it didnt bother me much at all. they are great for sending out samples hit up one of the reps.

White Flood has no NCAA banned substances. Just caffeine which is an NCAA restricted substance. White Flood does not have enough caffeine to cause a problem.

I saw someone mention Hemavol in here. Hemavol contains Glycerol Monostearate (GMS) which is banned by the NCAA, so Hemavol is a no go.

Also, someone mentioned ErgoPump. I think they reformulated it, but the old ErgoPump has Geranium Oil in it which is banned by the NCAA, so be careful with that one.

GMS is classified as a diuretic by the NCAA. Diuretics are banned by the NCAA.

The NCAA is very vague, GMS doesn't directly appear on the list of diuretics that are banned but the NCAA has also banned "Any substance that is chemically related to the class of banned drugs is also banned!"

If you look at the label of Omega Sports Flashover (which contains GMS) it says on the label that GMS is banned by the NCAA.
