    Cardio on Keto

How much and what kind of cardio is recommended on the keto diet? I have seen both HIIT and SS cardio recommendations. I really want to hear from people who have been successful for the diet as to what worked best for them.

    Thanks!

Do whatever cardio works for you. I like cycling and I can cycle for miles on keto. Some people like SS, some like HIIT.
    65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.

I like to get on the elliptical or walk on the treadmill at a 2.4-3.0mph pace at a 15-30 degree incline (without holding on)

However several times a week I'll go on a run or do some sprints. Running free's my mind..

i always jogged or did the eliptical at a modest pace. however i also trained upper body in addition. if you don't plan on working your upper body if you did steady state training then i'd go w/ the HIIT. the more muscles you gain the more energy expended performing menial tasks throughout the day.
