Im on a keto diet and it really suits me.
I have been using jack3d for the past half a year and it has served me well up untill the past month, im getting very dizzy and light headed every time i take it, everytime i even sit up I get head rushes (all day).
It suited me because I train first thing in the morning and its carb free. But obviously training first thing I need energy and im unsure where to get this from now that I am giving it up. I couldnt imagine going to the gym after a plate of bacon and eggs.
Any suggestions people?

Keep your calories up and stay hydrated and good sleeping habits. And a good mental drive to train with intensity. You shouldn't have any issues.
As for training first thing in the morning. I do it all the time, never had any problems. Some of my best work outs were first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
As for training after a plate of bacon and eggs. Try lifting about 1.5-2 hours after that plate of food. You get energy from the energy stored up in your body and floating in your blood, and nutrients from food of many many meals before your previous meal. Its sad, but I know so many people who eat a plate full of food and immediatly go in the weightroom. The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and hear all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds. ~Henry Rollins

Try just a cup of coffee, splash of heavy cream, 1 splenda packet.
I used to use jacked & white flood, started getting the same symptoms. I ended up having a panic attack one morning. I tossed the pre workout stuff, and noticed I still lift the same weight as with them... they arent really needed IMO.

I take Ergopharm Amp pre-workout and while I haven't tried Jack3d, Amp is the best of everything I've ever tried. That said- I've always found it practical to cycle off any kind of stimulant periodically. I not only feel better doing so but you get to enjoy that first-time feeling all over again after a cycle off. I'd stop everything for a couple weeks and see if your symptoms don't improve.
It's time for a Breakthrough.
