    target fat

I understand that abs are made in the kitchen, but can you do excersizes that target areas of fat? I have like a 9% BF on peck/shoulders area and goes to about 11 on my abbs then even higher on my thighes. I feel like I should just blast out planks and lunges all day every day.

No, you see. You don't understand that abs are made in the kitchen..

There's no "like this % in this area" as far as BF% calculators go. You may have specific allotments of fat, but fat accumulates consistently throughout the body.

Consider the misc. akin to BF% levels. The more you post in it, the more fat you are, but the higher overall rep-power you have.

Nope. Sorry, you can't spot reduce bodyfat. It seems Genetically, your abs store most of the fat there. The only way to reduce the bodyfat in your abs is to reduce your whole bodyfat percentage. You can try core workouts such as planks to give you a tighter ab though.
