I almost never have trouble sleeping unless im about to start school. It is 6am and i layed in bed trying to sleep at 230am. It has been happening the past week or so. I even took melatonin at 2am to try to sleep. Did nothing.
Anyone else experience this from jack3d? Am i right to think it may be causing my pretty severe insomnia?

It seems like you're very sensitive to pre-workout supplements. Simple solution. Dont take jack3d at all.
Or compromise and dont take as much jack3d and dont take it close to bed time.Powerlifter at PTC Performance Training Centre

Not exactly sure, but doesn't jack3d say something along the lines of don't take x amount of hours before sleeping? I know most pwo do because they acknowledge they can cause insomnia. I took some jack3d once though, slept like a baby that night, had a great work out, no bad side effect. Consider lowering your dose and training earlier in the day so u can take the jack3d earlier

Wait... If I take a stimulant... It will keep me awake?
Huh, I wonder what would happen if I took a sleep aid before training...Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=159714881&p=1213186101

Yes, I was unable to sleep for 2 days after taking it. I hadn't taken it late at night either. I couldn't believe it, nothing has ever happened to me like that before... The results were ok... Tons of energy but not much strength. Seems like it'd work better for endurance training rather than strength. I'm probably going to go back to N.O. Xplode after I finish what I have.

Yo man I used to have the same problem as you. Make sure that you take when you have an empty stomach. Meaning have it at least 2 hours after you have eaten.
I remember taking it at 6 right after a small - medium meal, then hit the gym 30 min later. By doing so I didn't recieve all the energy until a couple of hours later because of I was still digesting the food I ate. Thus, it kept me awake throughout most of the night. And make sure you only use one scoop. It's powerful sh*t Lol.

I can take 3 scoops pre-workout and I'll still be yawning like crazy in the gym. I need ampethamines or something
