Banana chOc chip oatmeal pancakes and bacon
Sludge pwo
Tuna, quinoa, brocc for lunch
2 pieces leftover stuffed crust
2 chicken breast, rice, spinach for dinner
Apple with WF caramel dip ( first time. Amazing) and nuts
Good chest day. Went up on reps for db bench. 5x5 with 90 the heaviest they have. Only missed one rep. Pretty cool I can't go any heavier because they don't have bigger DBS

Ok day today. Started out rough. Running around trying to get organized on Monday for a 530 lift. Did back and was a good lift. Got all my reps for rdl and increased reps in a couple others
Diet
WW English muffin and crs pb
Pwo shake
Snacks of Pb, nutella, Hannah Sammy, plum, apple, pro bar
Lunch was chicken, broccoli and quinoa leftovers
Dinner was chicken thighs, asparagus, rice
Mint choc chop IC and last of pizza in evening
Was gonna do some night time cardio but stomach is upset so decided to skip it. Gonna run tomorrow amPL Log

Did shoulders today. Really feel like a beast with those 5ers on internal/external rotation
Then did shoulder flies
Front/side raise
Upright row
Single arm shoulder press
Barbell shrugs
Diet was and English muffin and crs with a bowl of Reeses puffs
Pwo shake
Snacks of plum, popcorn, pro bar, cherries
Lunch was apple roast beef Sammy and almonds
Dinner is chicken stir fry with onion and green pepper over rice

Pretty good run last night. Pushed my distance a bit.
Walked the dogs this morning for about 35 minutes. No lifting today was gonna run by ny knee is bothering me and feel general tiredness so I am going to listen toy body an rest tonight. Hard for me to do.

Had a banana and dark choc almondbutter then ran 2.5 miles. Came home had oatmeal blueberry pancakes and bacon. Snacks were apple, almonds, pro bar, and plum. Lunch consisted of chicken breast broccoli and quinoa.
Did arms today which is a boring day for me

Ok well I am clearly not bulking yet. I am down 0.6 lbs. Here is my progress since I started dieting
8/1 194.6 ate around 2900-3000 this week
8/7 193.4 ate3200-3300
8/14 194.6 continuted around 3200-3300
today 193.8.
i am thinking i should increase cals now to about 3500-3600 what do you guys think? it seems 3200is is my maintenance. which means for a time iw as at 1000 cal deficit. i have definitley learned alot from this bulk/cal increase so farPL Log

Notice how calculating calories using the macros yields a 40 calorie difference? I'm saying instead of going by what the box states, calculate your calories using macros. Therefore, I am suggesting for you to look at your past macros, calculate calories from there, and then compare to the box value of calories you were using before...you might be under/overestimating your calories you will come to find, as I did as well.
Now, I use macro calorie calculations as I find them to be far more accurate.

Had 5 eggs(with yolks!) and 4 slices of bacon with black coffee for breakfast.
Did legs today. Lower squat weight by 20lbs after getting to failure last week. I got all my reps but still feel I have room to go lower so may drop weight again next week. Sucks going lower weight on a bulk but really working on form and getting to parallel. Shouldn't I get a break for being 6'2?
Squats- bwx12 45 barx10. 135x8 225 x 6 295 5x5
Leg curl 130 3x10
Stand calf 260 3x12
Walking lunges 45s 3x8
Glute press 110 3x10 (yeah it's Girly but I have no ass and want one)

Thanks. Finished up yesterday with pretty boring food till dessert.
Lunch was tuna steak covered in a mixture of The Heat is on and soy sauce and broccoli
Snack of almonds and a plum
Dinner was chicken thighs, quinoa, spinach
Dessert was pbco brownies microwaved ad covered in hagan daz vanilla ice cream.

This am did resistance cardio (walked dogs) and had blueberry oatmeal pancakes with bacon
Plan to run tonight weather permitting. Legs are a bit sore from saturday so may do short run tonight and stretch it tomorrow.
