I'm wondering why you decided to go with 3DMJ over a dedicated PL coach. Your issue isn't nutrition, it's programming. Seems ass backwards to me.

My left shoulder is a load of crap. Probably why high bar has felt better than any of the squats I've done as of late. Gonna keep these and work on fixing my shoulder the problem is that it sits higher than the right so fuks up my low bar position and makes it asymmetric.
That being said, I was really feeling good on high bar and then with the pulls, I managed to save the session from absolute garbage to a great session indeed! Never actually been able to get my mindset changed from negative that bad to good in a session before. Fuk yeah!
Crazy night at work. Love my job haha.

Well I haven't done deficit pulls in a damn long time hahah so pr was Linda expected

Fixed my goddamn shoulder! ALL IT TOOK WAS SOME CS ROWS IN MY WARMUP. 0 discomfort from then on.
BENCH PR! And not just one, not just two, but three! Weight/rep PR on 180, then volume pr when I did it again, then rep pr on 155. This day was too good.
My friend- Matt - who I was working out with today on bench and then everything from curls on showed me scarecrows. Holy hell they felt great.
Awesome session and day overall. Funsies. Really hit my groove today.
