Mirror progress pics are more useful that concrete # measurements IMO.

I am not talking about assessing fat gain with measurements vs pics.
We are talking about if his legs are growing
A tape measure would be 30x more accurate than a photo.

yeah I guess so. Tape measure would probably be better for measuring specific muscles (quads, biceps, arms, etc.)

I thought you were talking about tracking progress holistically (in which case a mirror would probably suffice)

    for that, yes
If you like what you look like and are happy with strength, who cares what the scale, tape measure, etc. says?
As I said, referring specifically to muscle size growth, a tape measure would be required.

I used to measure but I found it to be too much micromanaging. I haven't measure them in ages (easily 8+ months). Will measur when I wake up since they're kinda flat right now.

Anurag, thanks buddy. I really enjoy this day of the week since it really lets me know how I'm doing injury wise. Today it seems infinitely better than last week.

    Naan bread = awesome.

Would mention a TJ's naan bread varieties to you, however you live in Canada thus do not have access.

Love making them into pizzas or just eating them with chocolate nut-butter spread.

    Called it a day there.

You can only have so many awesome days in a row.

Ok, so my spine has been acting funny when I bend it (Flexion) as of the last couple days when doing random stuff like getting dishes out of the dishwasher etc cuz inslept funny the other noght.

really started feeling some twinges going on when I started RDLs even tho spine was completely neutral so sacked it there. Don't want to injure myself - leave the ego at the door.

Chill day otherwise. Good shift at work and had all my schoolwork done until basically the end of the semester (except French class work and one English presentation in which I simply need to assemble the research into sentences).

    Macros: 5k->215p

    Thanks for following

Carrots, Leek,Chile Cheese Tortellini and Penne, and Peppercorn Top Sirloin
