I hear ya on the excessive soft drink consumption, I really gotta cut back to 1 can a day, 2 MAX. Keep it up adam, weeks will go by fast and before you know it you'll be tanned up in DT's posing in front of hundreds of peoples!

strength is weird loosing in most buy a rep now and was the same on bench press that helped me get through my workout flat bb is always a good ego lift
postworkout - nutri grain :P havnt had these in ages with nestle diet vanilla yogurt , low fat greek yogurt easyio , 5% phili cc , 1 pack of splenda and casein still have a couple of scoops left so why not make the most out of it

i was on a cross trainer hyp today weird but time went buy quick
10 mins on the cross trainer
25 mins of intervals from the cross trainer to the rower
10 min cool down on the cross trainer
machine crunch 79kgx10x10x10 cable crunches to the side 77kg 10 each side x10 each side
feeling leaner today been getting more compliments quite often now makes it well worth the pain ..... looking allot more tanned to going for my 4th session on friday i think its helping quite a bit with the definition

All the time mate!
Some nights I will stand up from the couch and feel like I am going to collapse again, or I will wake up in the middle of the night to pee and my blood sugar feels so low I think I am going to pass out also. My carbs on normal days are also quite reasonable at 190g.
All part of the process, and definitely normal.

was an amazing day today was going to do cardio out side but had to do a few things in town so went to the 2nd home instead
10 min warm up on the new machine never seen it before kinda like cross trainer and a stepper in one was fun ! only bad thing it didnt have a tv
25 mins of intervals on the cross trainer and on the bike for the sprints had a little treat doay watching the soccer Junior world cup Brazil vs protugel
10 min cool down on the cross trainer - bit of saint kilda vs swans yes saints are my 2nd team
abs leg raises bw x15 x14 bw+2kgx12
decline oblique twists 10 each side 10 each side
if the weather is going to be like this on cardio days i think im going to do it on the sled or parachutes again ! gonna be rough but im in for the mix up and might spark some new fat loss points ie hips and glutes !

on the beach sounds good though id be skeptical of rolling an ankle before prep it would need to be warmer for me id be freezing down there with the sea breeze also
i love good weather makes me in a happy mood and want to train weather has an effect on me if its raining i cant be fudged ect !
